Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aaponminimarket.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable food items (tea, coffee, snacks)
• Personal care items (if seal broken)
• Custom or made-to-order products

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund any damaged or incorrect item.
