  • Keep your bathroom neat and tidy with our safety razor blade disposal tin. Comfortably holding 100 razor blades, our compact razor blade bank can be stored on your bathroom windowsill, sink or bathtub.

    When your razor blade storage bank is full, simply remove the bottom and pour the razor blades into the bin. Alternatively, tape up the top of your razor blade disposal container and throw it away.

    All safety razor blades are coated in PTFE, making them non-recyclable at most local recycling centres. If you’d like to recycle your razor blades, please check our “care guide” tab for more information.

    1. Safely store old razor blades in bulk: Our metal razor blade storage container holds up to 100 blades, which each last up to 16 shaves. Meaning that your safety razor blade bank only needs to be emptied once every few years.
    2. Keep old razor blades away from children & pets: Safety razor blades are extremely sharp and dangerous. Our razor blade storage container is equipped with a firm lid on the bottom, making it drop-resistant and extremely difficult to open for children.
    3. Perfect for salons & barber shops: Our razor blade recycling containers hold a lot of blades, making them ideal for businesses as well as for home use. Their sleek and compact design means that they do not take up much space on surfaces, leaving you with more room for hairdressing utensils.
    4. Travel razor blade storage container: Our razor blade container can easily fit into a small bag, pocket or suitcase, making it the perfect travel companion. If taking it within hand luggage, make sure to empty before your flight.
    5. 100% Plastic-free: Our razor blade tins are zero waste and plastic-free. They come packaged in a kraft paper recycled sleeve.
  • Our razor blade recycling tins are fitted with a tight metal lid on the bottom, making them drop-resistant and difficult to open. However, we still recommend storing them out of reach of children and animals to prevent injuries.

    Contrary to what many other websites state, safety razor blades cannot be recycled at local recycling centres because they are all coated in a material called PTFE which is commonly known as "Teflon".

    PTFE is essential to make razor blades glide over your skin, but it also makes them difficult to recycle. For this reason, your razor blades need to be recycled at a specialist centre.

    To recycle your razor blades and blade tin, send them to Terracycle, a specialist recycling centre with outlets in the UK/US.
