So, what exactly is it?
The Sweet Dreams Self-Heating Eye Mask activates as soon as you open the Kraft paper packet. It reacts with oxygen in the air, creating an exo-thermic reaction (any science buffs will know this means that it gives out heat). The heat is a comfortably warm temperature that lasts for 30 - 40 minutes. Simply place the mask over your eyes, fix the loops over your ears and the magic will begin to happen.
