Rustic Reindeer Planter with Red Christmas Scarf

This rustic reindeer planter by Satchville brings a woodland feel to your Christmas decorating. The standing reindeer has a natural-fibre finish, branching antlers, a bright red nose and a red snowflake-print scarf, with an open planting space in its back. Fill it with a cyclamen, poinsettia, mini Christmas tree or seasonal greenery for a display that's a little more fun than an ordinary pot.

Why You'll Love It

• Full of character: the red nose and scarf give it instant festive charm.
• Made for seasonal plants: a ready-made home for a Christmas cyclamen, poinsettia or a few cut evergreen stems.
• Rustic texture: the natural-fibre finish suits cottage, farmhouse and woodland-style schemes.
• A thoughtful gift: add a plant and it's a ready-made present for a plant lover.

Planting Tips

• Leave your plant in its plastic nursery pot and stand it inside the reindeer, or add a liner, so water doesn't soak through.
• Cyclamen prefer a cool, bright spot away from radiators. The RHS cyclamen growing guide explains how to keep them flowering.
• Display indoors or in a sheltered porch to keep the natural finish looking its best.
